Meet the Staff

Dominic would rather be outside fishing than almost anywhere else in the world. He enjoys strong espresso (which he calls "sermon juice") and spending time with his wife, Mandy; son, Mason; and daughter, Selah. A worship arts major at Crown College with a master's in theology, Dominic served as MPCC's worship pastor from 2012-19 before becoming lead pastor. Dominic also enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, and dropping baseball statistics and dad jokes like it's his job.​ Life Verse: Galatians 2:20

Chris is a Chicago native ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. In addition to leading worship, running tech, facilitating discipleship ministries, and preaching a few times a year at MPCC, Chris writes, records, and produces original music. Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Allison; and son, Zephaniah. He has a degree in theology from Trinity Christian College and enjoys golfing, playing video games, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs. Life Verse: Philippians 2

Phil attended Orono High School and MPCC youth group before majoring in biology at Grove City College in Pennsylvania. He boomeranged back to MPCC with his wife, Alexis, where they’ve landed with their two sons, Easton and Weston. When Phil isn’t leading a meeting or small group or rocking the mic at events, he's probably winning championships in intramural volleyball, softball, or basketball–or watching the Vikings or the Twins. Phil is fueled by Jesus and Mountain Dew. Life Verse: 1 Peter 2:12

Josh grew up in Buffalo, MN. Pastor Josh loves fellowship and wants to see students pursue Christ with their full hearts. He is passionate about discipleship, God’s Word and is always looking for the next opportunity to spend time outside!  Emma and Josh have been married for three years and have a dog named Koda. They are either spending time with family, walking Koda, or visiting friends. Josh studied Theology and intercultural studies at Bethany Global University. Josh is a people person and would love to connect with you! If you can't find him at church he may be at a nearby lake fishing.  Life Verse: Joshua 1:9

Steph is a Minnesota native born and raised at Maple Plain Community Church. Her heart for youth and children’s ministry was ignited in MPCC's youth. Steph is married to her high school sweetheart, Joe. Steph majored in criminal justice & psychology and minored in Bible at University of Northwestern (St. Paul) and has three children: Kaitlyn, Keagan and William. Her favorite time of year is VBS week & Christmas! When she's not teaching a class at church, she's probably coming up with an amazing idea for an event, hosting a movie night or bonfire, traveling or cheering on one of her children in Orono Public School activities and sporting events. Kimberly is a native of Houston, Texas, and came to MPCC in 2015 with her husband, and four children. When she's not cheering on her kids in Orono basketball, wrestling, football or soccer, she's just enjoying her family, going outside, reading, listening to music or podcasts, or watching sports on TV.
